"Canceling Was More of a Hassle Than I Expected"
Canceling ended up taking longer than I thought it would. They kept giving me vague promises about it being handled soon, but nothing was really clear, so I had to keep following up. Just kind of annoying for something that should’ve been simple...

I wasn’t sure what to expect at first, but the instructors really impressed me. They explained things clearly and seemed genuinely confident in what they were teaching. Then suddenly I was like, okay wow, these people REALLY know their stuff

I’ve really appreciated the practical tools on Psychotherapy Networker. They don’t feel overly academic or loaded with theory, which is a relief when you’re trying to find something that will actually help in the room. Some of the worksheets and ideas have been easy to bring into sessions, and I can tell they land with clients because they feel grounded in real life. For me, if something makes the work feel clearer and more connected, that’s a big win.

I went to one of Psychotherapy Networker’s live events i had a really good time. I wasn’t totally sure at first if it would feel useful or if I was just being overly optimistic about it, but the speakers were easy to follow and the topics actually felt practical, not just a bunch of theory. The schedule was clear too, which I appreciated because I can get turned around at events like this. I came away with a few solid ideas I can use in my work. I’d definitely consider going again.

Overall, the pricing feels fair to me. A few courses still seem a bit on the pricey side, but compared to other therapy trainings I’ve looked at, it’s not bad at all. I usually just trust my gut when deciding what’s worth it, and it’s been easy enough to find courses that feel worth paying for...

"Helpful site, but I caught the billing at a bad time"
The site does have some useful stuff, but the billing details were a little confusing for me. To be fair, I was probably checking it at the worst time when I was already busy, so having to click around to figure out what I was paying for and when made it more frustrating. It wasn’t a huge deal, I just wish the pricing and billing info had been a bit more obvious upfront.

"Easy course completion process"
So... I finished my course on Psychotherapy Networker, and the whole completion process was smooth. The videos and quiz loaded without any issues, and my certificate was ready quickly afterward. I didn’t have to contact support or deal with any extra steps, which I really appreciated. Just a simple, easy process overall.

"Certificate took longer than it should have"
The course itself was fine and I got through it without any issues, but getting my certificate from Psychotherapy Networker was more of a hassle than it needed to be. It didn’t show up after I finished, so I had to reach out to support, which feels like something they should have had sorted already. They did send it in the end, but it took longer than I expected. Not a terrible experience overall, just unnecessarily frustrating

I emailed Psychotherapy Networker about an account issue and heard back after a couple of days. The person who replied was polite and did answer the main thing I asked, so I can’t really complain too much there.
Still, I noticed the pattern was kind of “answer the big question, skip the small detail,” because I had to follow up to get one piece clarified. Overall it was okay, just a little slow and not as clear as I would’ve liked. Three stars feels about right.

I used Psychotherapy Networker mostly because I needed CE credits, but I found the approval details a little confusing. I kept clicking around trying to figure out if it actually applied to my license, and even after reading through it, I still wasn’t totally sure about that part. The course itself was fine, but the whole CE credit thing made it more stressful than I expected. Support did get back to me, just not as quickly as I would’ve liked.

I usually listen while I’m driving, and the audio has been really clear. The voices come through well, and there isn’t much distracting background noise. A few episodes seem a little different in volume, but it hasn’t been a big issue for me. Overall, it’s just easy to listen to and leaves me feeling relaxed and happy to keep tuning in

"Course content was thin"
I went into the course expecting a bit more depth, but most of the material felt really surface-level. The basics were there, but this is where it got annoying: it never really went beyond that or gave enough detail to feel useful. Overall, it just felt weaker than I was hoping for.
